Knowing that your photographs spread joy and Christmas cheer, Santa may, with your permission, share your photos online. Santa does not disclose which gifts he gave you last year.

Most importantly, Santa does not share your contact information with anyone other than his trusted North Pole team. This includes a strict policy against sharing your data with:

• The Grinch, Krampus, or Belsnickle
• Ebenezer Scrooge or Burgermeister Meisterburger
• Scut Farkus and the Abominable Snowman
• Old Man Winter, Jack Frost, or the Yule Goat
• Snow Miser, Heat Miser, and Cousin Eddie
• La Befana and Frostie the Snowman
• The Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future
