Be nice, not naughty. By booking a Premier Santa Claus Visit, you agree to these terms, ensuring a magical and joyful experience for everyone.

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. All payments are securely processed through our planning agent, J. Scotty.

Cancellation

Bookings may be canceled with written notice up to 14 days before the event. Any payment, including the deposit, is non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

Our Guarantee

Santa guarantees a professional and authentic visit. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the visit, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Photographs & Content

With your permission, Santa may use photographs and videos from your visit for marketing and promotional purposes. Your privacy is very important to us, and we will not use any images without your explicit consent.
