HOLLY FROSTWHISPER cares for each reindeer; feeding them & exercising them to keep them ready for the big night.

PEPPER TWINKLETOES keeps track of children's behavior & works directly with Santa to update the "Naughty or Nice List."

JINGLE SNOWFLAKE ensures all gifts are beautifully wrapped & ready for Christmas delivery by Santa.

MERRY BISCOTTI manages the collection &  eating of cookies & milk left out for Santa on Christmas Eve.

JASPER JINGLEBELLS plans Santa's delivery routes & makes sure the right kid gets the right Christmas presents 

ARJAN C. TIMBLETOCK ensures global time alignment and magical sleigh precision across all Christmas Eve time zones.

FINN STARBRIGHT ensures the workshop is in top condition & all equipment is working properly, including Santa's sleigh.

ELDON EVERGREEN handles the recruitment of elves.  He makes sure the elves are trained & well-rested.

IVY SNOWBELL works closely with Santa to handle all correspondence, including public relations & Letters to Santa. 

JONATHAN SCOTT is Santa's accountant.  He is older than he looks, but he is great with numbers, & he pays for everything.

SANTA CLAUS oversees all operations and ensures everything runs smoothly on Christmas Eve & throughout the year.
